Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. However, we offer a 7-day refund policy for customers who change their mind within 7 days of receiving their item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Exempt Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items

Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (Including 7-Day Refund)

  • For items returned within 7 days, we will process your refund as soon as we receive and inspect your item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • For items returned after 7 days but within 30 days, only an exchange or store credit will be offered.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing time may apply.
  4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@petperkspaws.shop.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at contact@petperkspaws.shop and send the item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after the item is returned.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
